My great passion is to bring healing to those who are struggling with their lives. Some have suffered trauma, life stressors or just academic struggles. I want to help people, whether children or adults, to have self-esteem and strong relationships to feel complete, whole, peaceful, and safe.
My education is a doctorate of nursing practice for psychiatric mental health. My work was previously in neonatal intensive care and pediatrics. I provide medication management for a variety of diagnosed from hyperactivity to depression.
I work in McHenry where I live with my two dogs, a car, and my husband. I am the proud mother of four children and grandmother to three. What is the difference between this website and a grandmother? You can’t deny cookies.

Tiesha Panek, MSN, PMHNP-BC
Tiesha has grown up and lived in the McHenry County area for most of her life. After working as an RN for 13 years, she chose to pursue the field of mental health. Tiesha has a passion for those struggling with depression and anxiety and strives to help eliminate the stigma associated with mental illness. In her free time, she enjoys reading, music, and playing volleyball.

Dr. Orlando Malate, DNP, MBA, RN, CNL, NEA-BC, COI, CHEP
Dr. O completed his Post-Graduate Certificate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at the University of Cincinnati. Dr. O is trained to provide biopsychological Interventions across the lifespan, from pediatrics to geriatrics, through Integrative health care through medication management and psychotherapeutic approaches.
He is passionate in helping clients by providing culturally competent-focused care in treating psychiatric and mental health conditions. He is focused on interpersonal collaboration with clients to meet their holistic needs.
Dr. O approaches his practice with a deeper, wider, relational approach that centers on listening to you. His practice setting offers a safe, confidential, and trusting space to talk about your feelings and to develop a treatment plan that is designed only for you. As a result, he is not only focused on short-term symptom relief but focuses on making substantive, lasting, positive changes in your life. He considers the therapeutic relationship to be the most important aspect of a successful visit and ensures that he is a good fit in your mental health journey.
